Hi I'm Cathy, I worked in Occupational Therapy for 25 years, starting my career working in a Psychiatric Center for a couple of years, then I  worked with children in Easter Seals where I work in the school system and at the Easter Seals Center with newborns and toddlers, really getting into the nitty gritty of child development. From there I moved into working with the older population in a sub acute rehab and nursing home environment. My husband, Pedro and I are celebrating our 26th Wedding Anniversary this year. We are the proud parents of 4 wonderful children. I retired from Occupational Therapy to home school my youngest child, Lorenzo, and then opened my family daycare. I have a passion for helping others and I am the driver and idea person for this whole operation. I love that I can work with my children everyday! It is our hope that you enjoy our website.

Hello! My name is Sarah. I am the brain behind this operation. As the oldest of 4 children I was always in command. In May 2005, I graduated with a Bachelors in Marketing from University of Central Florida. This training gave me the power to teach myself HTML and design FamilyDayCareSpot.com. Guten Tag! My name is Linda, I am the second oldest daughter. I am currently living in Germany working as an Au-Pair and taking German language classes. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University's Honors College in May 2007 with a Bachelors in Mathematics.  My college career has taught me how to use resources available to research any topic I choose. This skill comes in handy when helping my mother research topics and ideas for FamilyDayCareSpot.com. It is wonderful to be able to help while I am living abroad.

Hi! I'm Amanda, third born child. I am a second year student at Florida International University in Miami and am studying for a Bachelors in Philosophy with either a minor in Children's Psychology or Womens Studies. I've always been the top writer of the family. My major requires me to write numerous papers AND I LOVE IT! This has given me the ability to help my mom in editing articles for FamilyDayCareSpot.com!
